'Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was excellent. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Check in communication was made the day before and was good once it was established. Location was excellent and close to the train station, the Ferrari museum and to downtown restaurants and shopping.'

'Very modern, comfortable apartment in the heart of Modena. Quiet and immaculately clean. Cool in the hot temperatures. Delightful shower. Easy communication with the hosts. Reached out to help with recovering my bag when I left it at the Parma airport. Great coffee shop across the street.'

'Great location, nice roomy apartment. Parking is a challenge but there is a pay lot just outside the city centre.'

It is located in the center of the city and near produce and clothing stores. The apartment itself was very clean and homey. We really loved this experience, and could not recommend this specific location enough! Just...

'Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena.'

My husband hit head multiple times off the slanted ceiling and you basically need to duck while on the bedroom level. Air conditioning worked and there were a lot of steps and also a gate to get through to arrive at the loft. The location is fantastic and the communication with the host was very prompt just beware of ceiling height on bedroom level. And the bed size was...
