'When I first booked this reservation, Iaccidentally put the wrong exit date. I called hotels to correct it. They said I needed to book another day which would put me at two cleaning fees. They said to contact the property. I contacted the property seven times with no response. When we got to the AirBNB the blowup mattress turned me into a taco two hours later. The so-called futon couch was the size for a child that didn’t even flatten out. the windows have half inch cracks in it so we froze...

'The text to check in early and pre-register was excellent. The place has a great vibe, the most comfortable beds, great staff. All of this was in walking distance to all major attractions, along with public transportation. StayPineapple would always be my hotel choice in Seattle!'

'It was a nice hotel to stay for family, the inly thing i dont like is around the area wwhen you get out from the parking outside is too narrow and a lot of cars parking on narrow street, to congested. But other than that excellent rooms and we are 8 in one room very convenient.'

Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't.
Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen.
I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point....
