'We didn’t stay because after I paid I was told there was no elevator. My wife is disabled and couldn’t climb the stairs. They said Expedia had it listed as not having an elevator. I just checked and it didn’t state there was no elevator. I also looked at their website and I don’t see anything saying there is no elevator. So I lost over $450 that night. We ended staying in our car.'

'I loved my stay here. Got a free upgrade and loved my view over the bustling streets of Fremont, such a nice area of Seattle, alot better than downtown. Bathrooms and the room were very clean. Only thing i missed was better lightning as it is pretty dark in the room. Staff was also very nice although its only the cleaners you see as there is no reception, you get a code to access the hotel. Would defenitly stay here again.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a charming, beautifully designed property located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. The decor and overall ambiance were both inspiring and soothing, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. 'We stayed here for 4 nights in a suite on the executive floor. Honestly, I couldn’t tell what was “executive” about the floor; it was just like any other corridor. The high price did not match the quality we received. We travel a lot to various countries, and this hotel stood out in its mediocrity. Upon check-in, we were informed that housekeeping was only done every other day. The parking was expensive, and the garage was mediocre at best. The room had a musty, almost dirty smell. The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy).
