'The room was clean and the staff were great. The only problem was the air conditioner in the room that made a lot of noise which did not let us sleep and we could not shut it down since it was hot. Something needs to be done.'

'Room was clean but after I was given the ok to check in a little later than 3, we arrived and had to wait an additional 30 minutes because the room wasn't clean yet. Then on 2 separate occasions we tried to use the pool and it was out of order. Then I was given a price on Expedia and charged nearly double after the stay.'

'The breakfast was very good for us, because we love eggo’s and yoghurt. The furniture etc us still the same as 30 years ago; it needs a little upgrade'

'This place hardly rates 2 stars. The first room we were given smelled terribly of smoke, and not because of the wildfires. We were told it would be ready in a matter of minutes, so we sent out for a bite to eat only to find the chambermaid's cart STILL parked outside our door with the door open and no one around when we returned. After complaining, we were given another room that was ready. Since carpeting is so tough to keep clean, many of these budget places have switched to laminate flooring...

'Electrical outlets did not all work. Staff were aware of this and it should have been fixed before this room was assigned. Breakfast buffet was inadequate. Not enough coffee or patties for the number of guests. No fruit on our last day. More options should be available due to cost of rooms Noise overhead from room above was very loud'

'The room had a weird unpleasant smell. Only stayed a night, and my son and I a woke up with irritated throat and headache. The hotel then charged me unjust incidental fee for the unpleasant, that after I reached out to them, the property manager said will be reversed, but that still have not been done. I wish it was communicated to me, that they will charge me, then I would have explained that the smell in the room was there when we arrived. We did not had good experience when saying there.'
