'We had a good stay at Berkeley Hotel. The property is clean and the amenities are great. We didn’t get to use the gym or the pool, but the proximity to the beach is fantastic. Some areas for improvement: 1) Better training for staff - On two separate occasions, we were dealing with two staff members who were very friendly but didn’t really know what they were doing (front desk and pool). 2) Towels for the beach.
