'Hot tub jets didn't work. The king size bed was absolutely horrendous, it put our backs out. The curtains were falling off the hanger. The faucet handle came off. The shower head wouldn't shoot straight and barely put out any water. Peoples dogs were barking when we walked down the hall and barked and cried when they left them in their room. They didn't have any eggs for breakfast.'

'They need better night staff. The people are so rude and condescending. They will try to hustle you into deposits that weren't apparent up front before booking, then blame it on Expedia. I paid and booked online during a family trip. Upon arrival, they said Expedia shouldn't have allowed me to purchase this room because they don't allow 5 people. I have 3 small kids that fit into 1 bed just fine, and we had just spent 6 days at an Anaheim motel 6 with no issues. So after driving all day, Redding...

'Hands down the filthiest motel I've ever stayed in, and I'm a purveyor of cheap motels. 1) Moldy something under the microwave plate 2) Holes (cigarette burns?) in the sheets 3) Crazies blasting bass in their cars at 5am for 45 mins 4) luke warm shower 5) a tiny bar of soap, no shampoo 6) dust and dirt and grime on most surfaces. 7) Wifi network down and nobody at the front desk for hours after 10pm The key and heater worked at least. '

'Clean rooms. Close to highway but you can’t hear it at all and I can see it from my window. Close to lots of food, both quick and sit down restaurants. Staying again. The staff is good. But the front desk guy during the day times, Maureen the housekeeper, and the front desk lady that speaks Spanish in the evenings, have all been amazing! Choosing this as my go to from now on! Side note, if you’re a guest reading this choosing between hotels or different motel 6’s, do not go to the other motel 6...
