'A great remote property with an interesting history (Check out the "Burning Bears Fall From the Sky" book in the bookcase upstairs). A wonderful view out over the enter southern valley and very quiet. The road to the property is a long, curvy mostly single lane one. And Google maps will tell you that you've arrived and to turn left off the mountain before you actually reach the driveway. So be careful and keep going just a little bit further. We hiked around the property (be aware of poison oak)...

We walked to town for great food and drinks- host left great neighborhood details and recommendations. Close also to great bike trails and the college. Super clean and well appointed. 'My mom and I stayed here for a few days while she was visiting me. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy. Definitely appreciated having a bathroom on both floors. 10/10 would definitely stay here again if it is just the two of us. 'We absolutely loved our weekend at Rebel's Creek Resort. Such a cozy, welcoming home filled with lots of comforts. Tucked away in the woods with stream by the house. Backyard fence lined with chicken wire so our dogs could explore while outside with us. Roasted marshmallows over firepit. We certainly plan to return again.'

'Janet, your gracious host is SO Thought Full! She has provided 6 Different kinds of Pillows (including memory foam). I found one that was just Purrrfect for me. She is so helpful, and offered me more waters and Kind bars when I ran out of her initial supply in the kitchenette. SBUX coffee! Fridge, Micro, Fireplace with remote. TV with every kind of channel you could think of (Prime, Netflix, Roku....). Wow, Wow, Wow. Janet is a 5 star host. All was very clean and quiet for a good nights rest....

'Our family of 4 stayed at the cottage. The were thoughtful touches around the house, like charge cords by the beds and in the kitchen. The peacocks were fun to see - our kids loved watching them from back window. This is a dog friendly home, and we did find dog hair in the coach, on a few blankets and on our clothes after sitting on the coach. Not a big deal to us, but some might mind. Overall we had a great stay :)'
