Nieuw huis, vier slaapkamers, twee badkamers, goed ingerichte Lake House. Een kingsize bed, twee queensize bedden, een tweepersoonsbed dat een kamer deelt met een stapelbed.
Mooi terras en een minuut lopen naar klein schaamstrand.
Zeer rustige zomerhuisstraat.
3 stappen naar de deur, twee slaapkamers een badkamer begane grond, twee slaapkamers een badkamer boven.
Volledige keuken, wasmachine / droger, ligbad.
Korte wandeling naar het provinciale strand met promenade, park, cafés, restaurants en ijs! Actief nachtleven op korte loopafstand.

Hidden gem

We have stayed multiple times at this property. Pictures represent it well. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main strip of shops, restaurants and main beach area. Mark was prompt in getting back to me on any questions I had. While we enjoyed sunny 28 degree days for our stay, fans in the bedrooms would help for the night. Once again, thanks Mark and Tanya for the accommodation!

Great space!

We had a wonderful stay in Sylvan Lake! The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen is very well stocked. Being a bit away from downtown was great to avoid the crowds and it was very peaceful. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Would absolutely stay here again.

Girls night out!

Your place is beautiful!! We certainly enjoyed ourselves. Your kitchen has everything someone could want. Two of us found the showers very slippery. I'm the oldest at 73 and the youngest at 65 . Both showers. .alsofound the upstairs shower

This house is very close to the neighbor. Many times the neighbor's two cars are parked right behind our car, because the distance is too close and it is difficult for our car to get in and out. When we checked in, the first thing we saw was that the stool was broken,and the ironing board is also broken.The dishwasher often has problems. We encountered it twice. It kept beeping for no reason and had to unplug it and wait for a while to restart. It was very annoying.We booked this house after reading good reviews,but our experience was not good.

Emergency situation at home…turned vacation

Our home flooded and our restoration company told us to leave for one week. We began messaging our Vrbo host early that morning and they replied asap….then made sure we could check in early. We went from a stressful emergency family / home situation to what felt like a one week vacation….a home away from home. Many thanks to our hosts for going above and beyond for our family.

Great Getaway Location

This house was a great getaway location for our group of 6 adults. The kitchen area makes it. It is a large area that allows easy interaction and enough room - there can be many “cooks in the kitchen”. We were curious about the outdoor space being in front of the property, but there was plenty of privacy.

Perfect family getaway

We had 7 adults and two toddlers in our group. The home is set up perfectly for families. So much space in the kitchen and living room area! Lots of seating, both indoors and out. Every kitchen item you could need is on hand. Short walk down to a beach area which was wonderfully shallow at this time of year and perfect for the little ones to paddle in. The owners responded quickly to my questions and were great to deal with. We are looking to rebook again for next year.

Lack of Privacy & Respect

Host was on site in a Camper in the backyard just feet away from the cottage. They monitored our every move including using a surveillance camera! The driveway is shared with sketchy neighbors with no fence. There is obviously friction with the hosts. This made for a few uncomfortable conversations. Plus we got to witness them urinating in the front yard numerous times. If your hoping for privacy this property is not it!
