'We have never stayed in a Townsuites by Marriot before and this is a very nice hotel. Beds are comfortable and rooms are extremely spacious. The lighting in bathroom and room were great compared to so many now that you can barely see. Great breakfast included in great price! I highly recommend this place to stay at!'

'I liked the location, the check in process, and the friendly staff. The patio section could’ve been maintained better. As soon as you walk out of the back door it was a gutter or drainage pipe leaking at it caused some of the patio furniture to be wet. Also, the bar and restaurant was supposed to open at 5 and it was well after 5 before someone came to attend to the bar. We will come back and stay here though. Marking this as a safe place to stay in the area.'

'This was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon 😭😂.'

'This is a newly built property so in great condition. We booked a Studio King and the room was huge. It had a sitting area with a large sofa, a huge work space area and a kitchen. Everything is clean and modern. The breakfast had more options than you normally get, 8 toppings for oatmeal, 4 hot entrees, waffles, small quiches, yogurts, and breads.
