'Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta'

'Beautiful room and property. Clean. Well supplied. Great location. Would def recommend'

'Beautiful hotel with exceptional views and location. Comfortable rooms with amazing staff. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning. We had a great stay!'

'Very nice hotel. We had a 3 bedroom apartment with everything included. Loved it!'

'We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. The location was great, right next to the Red Pine Gondola in Canyon Village with ski school/rentals etc. There's underground covered parking, and...

'Great space. Lots of room. The indoor parking needs lighting is my only complaint'

'My family and I hit a deer the night before our reservation. Our car needed massive repairs and was not drive-able. My husband and I couldn’t make our anniversary staycation. Expedia was wonderful to work with. They called the hotel as well as myself. Was told our room would be refunded, they were just waiting on a manager to approve. I called and called to speak with the manager to have the promise fulfilled and left multiple messages only to be ignored. I requested either a credit for a later...

'Awful check in process, got there at 7:50pm and noticed a sign that starting at 8pm you need to check in at a different hotel a mile away. Floor 3 stinks in the hall of chlorine and in the room it smells awful. The room doesn’t have blinds or curtains that fit over the entire window, so you get complete sun coming in bright and early. The shower water pressure is poor since the nozzle is broken that changes the water from the bath to shower- so the water comes out both at the same time. Floor...
