'Staff was incredible'

'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'The hotel lobby smells like fries, just too much food smell that made it impossible to lounge in the lobby. Gym is in poor condition, not looking clean at all. I definitely missed the breakfast option while booking so can’t say much about the breakfast. Customer services at the front desk is average, nothing impressive. The room was clean and I got housekeeping on my second day which I was not expecting but definitely appreciated. I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again.'

'Everything was horrible only had four guests in my room and they kicked us out for a noise. Complaint do not recommend if you have any large groups.'

'Propreté laisse a désirer. Air climatisé ne fonctionne pas. Personnel courtois. Localisation moyenne. qualité des installations moyen'

'Clean room great staff good breakfast'

'The rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. The staff was awesome. They were all very friendly but especially Marty. He was so kind and beyond helpful. Hope we can go back sometime and would definitely stay there again. The only negative was the breakfast. It was just ok. I would probably go somewhere else to eat next time.'

'People having a party on the terras of the ground floor room with a Ghettoblaster on very loud. Further, during the night a constantly reoccurring loud noise, probably from cars starting in the parking next to my room, but sounded as a kind drilling.'

'While the mattress and walls need attention, the staff is amazing. The front desk woman is very sweet and helpful. The room attendants were all friendly and helpful. This was one of the quietest hotels I've been in.'

'Whole building smells like mildew. Bathroom not so clean. Place just smells like it was flooded and air dried. NEVER again!'

'Convenient location. Clean room and very well kept'
