'Clean room great staff good breakfast'

'My room had a lot of issues with the first showing it was a king sized bed and it was actually a queen size. I wouldn’t have booked this place if I knew this'

'When first arriving, the man wanted to know the name of the Expedia agent who made the reservation. He had my name but gave me a heard time with obtaining a room because I did not know her name. ???The bathroom was dirty, the bed only had a sheet, no blanket. When I asked the staff member for a blanket, he acted put out and asked me to return the blanket to the office in the morning. One plastic cup in the room and no coffee, fridge or microwave and no in-house food.'

'Staff was incredible'

'Had the room immediately next to the lobby and front desk. Was charged again for room after pre-paying, still see pending on my card despite checking with the desk and filling out a feedback form after visit. Front desk staff were loudly working between 3:30am-6am so we couldn’t sleep at all. Cracks in the ceiling, shades in room didn’t work. Very dated room. Bed was clean and fine. Breakfast was then oddly one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Just a very, very odd stay.'
