'Everything was great here.'

'Front desk was not very personable. Room was okay, wrapper on the floor, smudges on the mirror and shower leaked everywhere. Expected better for the money.'

'We loved this hotel and wished we would have been able to stay for more than one night. Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows! Quick service and decent breakfast. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The hotel itself was very quiet as well and staff were great.'

'The bedding was stained with what looked like fecal matter. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the toilet seat was loose and the shower drain was clogged. Also, a bunch of unsupervised teens running around, in and out. Wasted my money'

'The room was very nice, however, the toilet was really low. They need a hand rail for it. Also, there is no lock on the bathroom door. It's a sliding glass door. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.'

'Out of five stars, I'd say this is a two-star motel. But then, the price reflected the rating. I didn't want to pay a lot. The main elevator was broken so guests had to use the freight elevator. One of the beds in the room had a broken corner, the doors on the closet were broken, and the latch on the bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was fine, but the tub shower drained very slowly. The air conditioner did work and was adjustable. There weren't any USB ports in the room. I didn't...

'Safe and clean. We stayed for about six weeks. I’d say the only issue is we put in a maintenance request twice and was never helped. Ac wasn’t working properly and the fridge was going out. Made loud humming noises and leaked water.'

'The room was terribly dirty and kind of run down. The staff were very nice so that made up for downfalls. I am disappointed because I thought highly before I arrived to the room.'

'The room was clean. There was an odor...all fine. The biggest drawback, I think the rooms are not very insulated...one of our neighbors (perhaps the floor below) had their TV on all night We could not sleep. They turned the TV off at about 5a and then had a very loud conversation. Just a bummer.'

'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'I get that operating costs have risen but it seems on a stay of 4 nights there should be some level of room service done. There is not enough drying space for towels nor adequate air flow in the room to fully dry towels. This should be addressed.'
