'Very convenient as a breakfast deli and an excellent restaurant are part of the prperty. All enclosed in the same building.'

'Definitely a good hotel. Not only is it spotless and new, but also it had all the amenities we needed. We had to book shortly in advance because of a family emergency and in hindsight we were very happy we could still be accomodated here. The hotel is perfectly located with shops (Wholefoods across the street !) and restaurants nearby (try the sushi at Yotsuba and the pizza at Pieology !). Also the hotel provided a comfortable room, superfriendly and helpful staff and options for the well...

'The breakfast served in the morning was good. Great water pressure in the showers. Hot water comes on fast. Bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and kept the room very cool for us. It is an older hotel which needs to be updated a bit but overall, we had a great stay.'

'The bedding was stained with what looked like fecal matter. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, the toilet seat was loose and the shower drain was clogged. Also, a bunch of unsupervised teens running around, in and out. Wasted my money'

'The room was clean. There was an odor...all fine. The biggest drawback, I think the rooms are not very insulated...one of our neighbors (perhaps the floor below) had their TV on all night We could not sleep. They turned the TV off at about 5a and then had a very loud conversation. Just a bummer.'

'We loved this hotel and wished we would have been able to stay for more than one night. Very nice and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows! Quick service and decent breakfast. We did not use the pool but it looked clean. The hotel itself was very quiet as well and staff were great.'

'Pool was closed during our stay which was disappointing. Room was a good size and clean. However staff at front desk were a rude, barely acknowledging us. When checking in the girl had a full take out meal and was actively eating as we at the front desk. I found that a bit in appropriate for a hospitality worker. Not a great first impression.'

'The room was very nice, however, the toilet was really low. They need a hand rail for it. Also, there is no lock on the bathroom door. It's a sliding glass door. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.'

'The room was too warm on a hot day. Air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival. The room Smelled like a wet dog. We complained at the front desk and attendant came and manually turned on the air conditioning for us and then it was more livable.'

'Out of five stars, I'd say this is a two-star motel. But then, the price reflected the rating. I didn't want to pay a lot. The main elevator was broken so guests had to use the freight elevator. One of the beds in the room had a broken corner, the doors on the closet were broken, and the latch on the bathroom door was broken. The bathroom was fine, but the tub shower drained very slowly. The air conditioner did work and was adjustable. There weren't any USB ports in the room. I didn't...
