'The room was too warm on a hot day. Air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival. The room Smelled like a wet dog. We complained at the front desk and attendant came and manually turned on the air conditioning for us and then it was more livable.'

'I get that operating costs have risen but it seems on a stay of 4 nights there should be some level of room service done. There is not enough drying space for towels nor adequate air flow in the room to fully dry towels. This should be addressed.'

'the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! 'Room was great size for our family of 4. Pleasantly surprised by the full fridge, microwave, dishes and dishwasher available to us within the room. And the laundry facility (separate fee) was a true life saver. I would definitely recommend this to everyone'

'Our experience was pretty good with the hotel and accommodations. The room itself was fine and spacious enough, although we did not like the moving door to the bathroom. Our lower review results from the incident we faced when we returned to our room to see that our door was open, even after we had made sure we had closed it. From then on, we did not feel totally safe in the accommodations.'

'We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The whole hotel was super clean. You could tell someone is always walking around cleaning. The staff was helpful. my son left his phone in one of the lobby chairs and staff held at front desk. The breakfast was good. The wifi worked great. My hubby wished they had a bar in the lounge area. The only negative would be the pool area. I don't think the chemicala were added or checked often. The moment you entered the pool your eyes burn without even going under. ...

'Hotel biedt wat je van dit soort hotels mag verwachten. Ik heb tijdens mijn verblijf kamer 714 gehad. Kamer is niet al te groot maar voldoende. Was netjes en schoon. Er was wel redelijk wat contactgeluid in de kamer te horen. Als de buurkamer de WC doorspoelde was duidelijk het stomende water te horen. Ook het spoelwater van bovenliggende kamers hoor je enigzins door de afvoer lopen. Ook het geluid van de op en neer gaande lift drong in de kamer door evenals de dichtslaande deuren. Dit soort...

'Staff was amazing'

'Check-in was smooth and easy. We were traveling as a group of moms and younger daughters and the staff was able to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other. The hotel has a nice patio area outside of the pool but no way to access it. The moms were hoping for a quiet sitting area to supervise the girls in the pool but instead sat in the hallway outside the pool (pool was average for a hotel) waffles were the hit of breakfast.
