'3-star property with 5-star staff. The hotel and rooms could use a refresh for sure, but I wouldn’t want to deter anyone from staying here especially as an individual traveller. The staff were all extremely friendly and help'

'No where was I informed before making this reservation that their signature restaurant The Rugby Grille was closed for a remodel. Then their amazing High Tea is now NOT offered. The bar is now temporarily located in what used to be a beautiful lobby… Why did I pay all that money???!!!'

'Pool and hot tub very dirty would’ve been great but water was just to dirty. Very loud guests couldn’t sleep so much noise in hallways during the night. Breakfast was great. Rooms were set up beautifully and they were clean. '

'I paid for breakfast when I booked through Expedia, but they said I didn’t so I wasted38 dollars. Then they said they would give me points for this mistake which I never received!'

'The room was nice, bed was comfortable and it was very clean, but the biggest problem was the entire hotel smelled like weed. The bar and restaurant was closed the entire time we stayed there, which was on the weekend. Wouldn’t stay there again just based on the smell. Pretty off putting that they allow that. '

'Even though it was no smoking. Smoking was happening and could be smelled in the hallway. Room controls were broken. Convenient for our purpose at LTU.'

'Beautiful facility. I celebrated my birthday in the Jefferson Ballroom with family and friends. I was satisfied with my hotel room; however, there was a fire drill at 3AM and we had to evacuate. We had to walk down the stairs from the 10th floor to find out it was a false alarm. We had a hard time falling back asleep and then it was time to fall asleep. We did not really get to enjoy our overnight stay. It was a waste of $$$. However, the Radissson Southfield is a nice Hotel.'
