'Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay and we are returning in September and are already booked to stay with you again for a week. The only thing I would add is I checked in really late and I was trying to reach the front desk to let your team know that I was still coming, and no one answered the phone but they were sitting at the front desk. But even that didn't diminish our experience or overall rating. '

Then when we first got to the room. The door to the bathroom was broken. The first night we ended up getting stuck in the bathroom.
