'Stayed here on a roadtrip & so got to the hotel close to midnight. Staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly for the time of night which was much appreciated! As for the room it was modern & seemed very clean. Then, before leaving, the coffee in the lobby was some of the best coffee I’ve had at a hotel of this variety. All in all I was happily surprised by the quality of everything during my stay & would happily stay again.'

'Vriendelijk personeel, zowel bij inchecken als ‘door de dag heen’. Ontbijt is redelijk, opties zijn vrij beperkt maar het volstaat wel. Op handige loopafstand vanaf Carowinds. Ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid, overzichtelijk en goed verlicht. Manco is wel dat er geen lift is, wij hadden (op verzoek) een kamer op verdieping 2 dus dat is wel even koffers tillen. IJsmachine aanwezig, maar buiten gebruik. De vloerbedekking in de gangen en in de kamer, alsook de trap van 1 naar 2 zag er allesbehalve...

'i was placed on a floor with a high school band group which was a bunch of kids - they kept me up all night - slamming doors, running. at 3:40 AM someone starting banking on a drum. I called the front dest however no relief. Very heartbreaking '

'The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and nice. Easy location around alot of shopping and restaurants. The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old. I couldnt get comfortable to sleep. I woke up with my hips hurting so bad I was in tears. I slept on the couch the rest of my stay. The breakfast host/cook maybe was rude. 'This is a great hotel…close to the airport, restaurants & stores. They also have great breakfast in the morning. The only issue right now is they are doing some renovations, so you hear drilling & some banging but it’s only until 6pm. I would recommend this hotel.'

'The staff was amazing!! There are not enough dishes for all the rooms. I chose this hotel to stay with my children because of the kitchen but did not have anything, even a cup, in the room for two days. The staff did what they could to provide items, but it was challenging to provide for my two children as hoped. '
