'We stayed for 1 night at this hotel and felt it was a very comfortable and welcoming stay. The beds were good. We had a twin room for two parents and 2 kids (8&10). For us the beds were big enough, but if you have bigger postures it will probably be too small. Since we were with our 2 kids and they only served Japanese breakfast, we didn't include breakfast. It was a bit too cold to use the pool, but it looked great, also the whole scenery is pretty and relaxing.'

'Groot hotel met grote kamers. Je kan in het hotel ontbijten-lunchen-dineren maar je moet wel reserveren. In de omgeving van het hotel zijn geen eetgelegenheden voor ‘s avonds. Zwembad/spa en kascomplex moet apart betaald worden. Ik vond de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding ver onder de maat.'

'Very helpful staff especially Mr. Asada Hiroya, he found the credit card we left at checked in, research bus routes and schedules, booked taxi. Etc. greatly appreciated his assistance and information. The hotel staffs are very courteous and provide excellent services. The spa is great, spacious, clean and orderly. We have a fantastic stay. '

'We finished our honeymoon at this hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience. The staff was incredible and made our stay feel so special. We had a couples massage that felt like it shaved ten years off both therapists were fantastic. The thermal pool was beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the perfect place to relax. I would also highly recommend the chef’s table; it was a memorable dining experience.'

朝食は、和食と洋食を頂きましたが、和食に、デザートが、欲しかったです。
大浴場は、露天風呂が、無いのが、寂しかったです♨️'
