'Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review.'

'On nous a donné une chambre plus confortable que ce qu‘on avais réservé. Petit déjeuner très bon en semi self-service. De 12h à 23h possibilité de prendre du café ou thé avec petite friandises. Métro à deux pas de l’hôtel. À recommander.'

'Super hotel, on Super location. Under the hotel is a metrostation from which you can reach al fun hotspots in Osaka. Within walking distance of America-mura and dotonbori. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is great. Cleanlines is of high standard. I can recommend this hotel to everybody.'

'Een hotel dichtbij het station. Kamers voor het oog schoon maar bij het openen van de kast dwarrelde het stof naar beneden. In 1 kamer werkte de airco niet goed maar een kamerwisseling was niet mogelijk. Voor het zwembad en de fitness moet je extra betalen.'

'Great views of the sea, the Ferris wheel and Kobe Tower. Right next door to Harborland malls for shopping and food. Ten minutes walk to JR and local lines. Staff is friendly and helpful and speak a bit of English.'
