'We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and the location was easy to find with the instructions from the host. It was also nicely located for us as it was close to various places we wanted to visit. The only two suggestions I would mention is that the room we stayed in was for 4 people, but 2 of the beds were located up above in a tiny loft which was difficult to get back and forth from (especially at night) and was really hot up there, so we ended up sharing the 2 beds below, which was...

'Great location. Recently remodelled and not ready for guests. Excellent staff at front desk (no English spoken), excellent housekeeping. Very Poor management. No manager to be found. Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. '

'Perfect location, nice rooftop with swimming pool, good breakfast. Cons: only one elevator for an 11 floor building is not sufficient. Too many reservations on the rooftop for party’s. So every day half of the rooftop was not available for the regular guests'
