'Hotel Heiss is waarschijnlijk een nieuw hotel dat op sommige plekken nog niet helemaal af is. De lobby deed ons denken aan een parkeergarage. De kamer ziet er netjes uit, maar ruikt niet fijn. Onze kamer was zo klein dat we onze koffers niet konden openen. Ook het beddengoed vond ik onprettig aanvoelen. De deuren van andere kamers gaan hard dicht, ook midden in de nacht, waardoor ik steeds wakker werd. Wel aardig is dat er in de minibar een paar snackjes en drankjes liggen, die je gratis mag...

'Mooi en fijn hotel. Ze zijn heel erg op service gericht en hebben oog voor detail: een persoonlijk ontvangst en drankje bij inchecken. Goed bed en een heerlijke douche met echt lekkere zeep en shampoo. Lekker ontbijt. Het hotel is gelegen in een gezellige wijk met veel restaurantjes en sfeer. Ook heel dichtbij het metro station waar veel tours starten (5 minuten). We gingen een paar nachten in de bergen verblijven en mochten onze baggage die dagen achterlaten in een ruimte met slot. 'I spent 1 night in the Suite room on the 6th level. The room was very nice and it has enough space to relax. In the evening we went out in the area close to the hotel, walking distance.
