'The staff was great, but we're not able to help us ultimately. The room was clean. We had multiple ptoblems with this property. First, out shower head barely worked, the water pressure was unusable. We notified the staff, and the maintainance man fixed the shower head. Then, there was a hot water outage. Out of the 7 days we stayed there, there was only hot water 5 days. We asked for compensation and they said they couldn't help us. While the staff seemed empathetic, they could not fix the water...

'Heerlijk verblijf. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met een grote badkamer. In de kamer bevind zich een kitchenette waarin zich alles bevind dat je nodig hebt. Ligging is perfect, aan de rand van het dorp. Je bent zo op het gezellige plein maar het is er relatief rustig. '

I was instructed to register online abad submit my documents but still had to do so in person, it was very frustrating after a long trip. The entrance to the check-in area directions never came.
