'Overall, we were very satisfied. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our special thanks to Paola. She is fantastic! Our room was fine. We had the Master Suite and it was attached to another room. There was one very big downside. We could hear everything from our neighbours. The conversations, farts and snoring. Very unpleasant. Because of the many instagrammers, the atmosphere was also not really optimal. So perhaps we are not quite part of the target group.'

'Goed groot hotel, junior suite is een mooie ruime kamer met balkon, mooi zwembad, redelijk restaurant. Echter toen wij er waren was het heel erg rustig, ik schat max 3 kamers bezet. Ligt buiten Guatape dichtbij El Penol, daardoor rustige locatie, Guatape heeft is levendiger met diverse restaurantjes en barretjes, met de auto in 10 min bereikbaar vanuit dit hotel.'

'Oh my goodness, we just got back from the most amazing place! It was SO peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a couples getaway. The view from our room? Seriously breathtaking – the whole lake and sunset, right in front of us! The weather was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. Plus, we got to try jet skiing and a boat ride! The room was perfect, super cozy with a heater (it was a bit chilly!), and they even had a great TV and speaker. ...
