Perfect huis voor de grote groep of familie die weg wil en geschikt is voor 10 personen. Helaas kunnen we niet verhuren aan partijen jonger dan 25 jaar volgens de richtlijnen van de vereniging van huiseigenaren. Geen huisdieren. Alle zomerverhuur is van vrijdag tot vrijdag.
Dit mooi ingerichte herenhuis is gebouwd in 2004 en heeft een centrale ligging vlak bij Route 1, in de buurt van de beroemde winkels van Rehoboth Beach. Het complex heeft een zwembad (dicht in sept) en een tennisbaan en ligt op slechts 1,6 km van het strand. Wandelen, fietsen, rijden naar alles wat het strand te bieden heeft !! Alle gemakken en gemakken die u maar wilt tijdens uw familievakantie. U kunt er zeker van zijn dat uw gezin jaar na jaar wil terugkeren om in dit comfortabele gezinsvriendelijke strandvakantiehuis te verblijven. Dit twee verdiepingen tellende huis met twee verdiepingen en biedt 2000 vierkante meter aan woonruimte. De Keys of Marsh Harbor is een gemeenschap van een- en tweepersoonshuizen die een gevoel van de Florida Keys naar het Rehoboth Beach-gebied brengt. Deze innovatief ontworpen strandgemeenschap beschikt over een GEMEENSCHAPPELIJK ZWEMBAD, PERFECT VOOR EEN SNELLE DIP OF DE HELE DAG ONTSPANNING, tennisbaan en prachtig aangelegd terrein met siergras, bloeiende bomen en een vijver bij de ingang. Het is stil en vredig. Deze gemeenschap is erg handig voor bijna alle lokale attracties. We zijn gunstig gelegen langs Route 1 in Rehoboth achter het waterpark van Jungle Jim, een prachtige attractie. Wij zijn gevestigd vlak bij Route One onder de outlet winkelcentra op slechts 1 korte mijl naar het strand / promenade. Ons huis is een mijl naar het strand / promenade, maar het is een zeer gemakkelijke en snelle rit. Van Memorial Day tot Labor Day is er een bus die naast onze buurt opraapt. $ 2 voor volwassenen en gratis voor kinderen, u hoeft zich geen zorgen meer te maken over parkeren. Deze bus kan je naar het strand, films, winkels of vele andere locaties brengen. Shuttles vertrekken routinematig, elke 15-20 minuten naar de meeste locaties en rijden van de vroege ochtend tot de late avond. Met deze optie kan uw groep uit elkaar gaan en reizen wanneer en waar ze willen.

Everything to make you feel at home

The house felt like we were visiting family. Everything we needed to be comfortable and relax - and to have fun. Access to the garage with games and beach supplies (and bikes!) was amazing. Unfortunately it was cold but the pool was so close by and nice. We hope to be back!!

Nice Little Getaway

Enjoyed a quick getaway away with family! Nicely appointed and spacious home. Roof construction across the street made it for a bit of noise on Friday morning, but overall a wonderful time had by all!

Fabulous location and house

This rental was close to perfect. The house was really spacious from the rooms to the common areas and kitchen! The location was great, as we took advantage of walking to the water park next door and other places nearby for food. And the shuttle was very convenient to get to the beach. Probably the most amazing part, compared to other beach rentals that we have had over the years was how well stocked the house was with items that we could use, like bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards, and then the kitchen was stocked with staples like spices and oils and non-perishable items that most places clear out after each rental and the next person has to start from scratch. We definitely appreciated that and the well-furnished kitchen, as we do a lot of home cooked meals during our family vacations. Highly recommend this rental and the owners were very responsive for any questions during out stay!

Perfect summer rental

Highly recommend! We were 6 adults and a 1 year old. Plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean and comfortable, all the appliances, kitchen tools, etc you need. Community pool is a short walk from the house. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Easy drive to the beach. Would definitely return!

A home away from home

We came to town for a lacrosse tourney and wanted to stay the week. Im so hlad we did. The place had everything we wanted or needed and then some! From the comfortable beds to the extra utensils, pots and pans, new grill, and every tv station you can imagine, we were happy. The communication from our host was easy and she was very quick with her responses and incredibly helpful. Hope we can make this a regualr thing.

This beautifully appointed townhome was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. Lots of space, beach toys, and everything we needed in the kitchen to create some memorable meals! A relaxing and comfortable home to come back to after a day at the beach!

Amazing!!!

The house was amazing!!! We opened the door to a clean, fresh smelling cozy home. They had everything from appliances, mugs, pint glasses, cleaning supplies and a garage full of bikes, chairs, bags, etc. The owners were great at communicating promptly and meeting our expectations. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces were immaculate. We will definitely stay again!!!!

Owners were very friendly and responsive. Location is good with only a short drive to lots of restaurants and beaches and within walking distance to the nearest supermarket, yet the neighborhood itself is very peaceful and quiet. House is spacious and having access to the pool was a great option.
