Kleine kamers maar midden in het centrum
De ligging van het hotel is perfect: midden in het centrum. Restaurants in overvloed! Kamer is klein en de badkamer is verouderd. Bedden zijn heel goed.

Centrale plek om te overnachten
Centrale plek met parkeerplaats onder het plein. Ruime mogelijkheid om iets te denken en te eten op het plein. Badkamer is klein, douche ruimte kan schoner. Mogelijkheid tot goed ontbijten. Medewerker moest zowel receptie als ontbijtruimte bemannen waardoor aanvullen ontbijt en opruimen tafels ingediend kwam.

Goed gelehen aan groot plein vol met terrassen
Minpunt was de verbouwing waardoor het pas om 1800 rustig werd. Dat betekende voordien niet even relaxen. Daarenboven moet douchebodem grondiger gereinigd worden. Er waren mozaïek steentjes waartussen in de voegen duidelijk schimmel aanwezig was.

Leuk hitel op een prachtige locatie
Het hotel is gelegen in het centrum van Reims op wandelafstand van de kathedraal. Er is een openbare ondergrondse parking vlak voor het hotel. Via de hotelreceptie kun je korting krijgen op het parkeertarief. Het hotel is gelegen aan een autovrij plein met veel restaurants en cafés. Het hotel beschikt over heel goede bedden en een propere badkamer. Tof verblijf gehad, zonder negatieve punten.

Opgeleukt muf hotel zonder Wifi op kamer
Hotel heeft z'n best gedaan om de kamers te renoveren. Dit is slechts deels gelukt. T ziet er aardig uit maar het geheel ruikt muf. Er is niet goed te ventileren. Er is geen douchegordijn waardoor alles nat wordt. De zogenaamde gratis Wifi werkte niet in de kamer. Men rade ons aan stiekum op de open Wifi van het onder het hotel gelegen restaurant in te loggen. Ontbijt koste 10 Euro per persoon waarvoor een afbakbroodje, croissant of chocolade broodje en wat ham en kaas. Meest positieve is de ligging aan het centrale uitgaansplein. Parkeren onder het plein.

Excellent location and helpful staff. Had an issue with a stain on a comforter cover but staff immediately provided new sheets. Super quiet, nice bathroom and convenient storage for clothes and luggage.

Overnight in Reims
This hotel is very conveniently located from the train station in the downtown lane with all the restaurants and 5 minutes away from the Reims Cathedral. Are you a good walker? Then 40 minutes to the Veuve Cliquot. We did not hear any noise from the street and breakfast was quite copious. The heating worked well. A slight problem with the shower drainage but it was in the morning we left. They kept our small luggage while we continued exploring. I would stay here again.

Cost/Benefit Ok but you only arrive by walking
The localization is good close to markets, mall, restaurants but is terrible to find the hotel, it is in a square where the cars cannot go, you can only reach the location by walking. if you have a lot of luggage, that was my case, you will have difficult time. The staff was basically speaking only French, no English and they were not very gentle. The room was good in space and comfort of the bed, there was available coffee but the shower was not having enough pressure and water.

Excellent location. We walked off the train and to the hotel in minutes. Close to many restaurants and you can walk further in either direction for more things to do. The hotel was clean, and well decorated. Small room but that was to be expected, and we weren't there to hang out in our room anyway, but rather to enjoy the city. The bedding and sheets felt great! Great price for a great room.

Although it wasn’t the quietest place we’ve stayed, it was clean and comfortable. Pillows are extremely soft. We were in a room that overlooked the main street and we could hear all the noise from the local restaurants below. Next time, I would ask for a room off the main street.
