'We enjoyed a family vacation with my grown up children and had an amazing time. The property is great and enough room for all 5 of us. We even were able to bring our furry family friends with us and not leave them behind. There is so much to do and so many boats to watch come in and out of the Marina. We will definitely come back to this property for another stay! The hosts were always quick to respond and had a beautiful cottage right on the water. '

'First time to Reno and staying at the penthouse really brought it all together with incredible views of the city and surrounding foothills. Great location as well, minutes walk to all amenities. Don't forget to check out roof top for bonus views'

'Very easy checkin, the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a few meals (blender, pots and pans, even a pizza pan and icecube trays, which were both much appreciated). Some of the windows in the bedroom and laundry alcove (which are high up in the wall) didn't have curtains so the bedroom never get very dark (kind of nightlight levels of light), so this is something to take into account if you like your sleeping area dark. Overall, I'd stay here again if I'm ever back in Reno.'

'The condo was lovely. Wonderful layout and exceptional views. The cupboards were stocked with plenty of kitchen basics, pots and pans etc that we needed to start our vacation. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend this condo for your stay in Reno/Sparks.'

'Exactly as advertised. Host was so responsive. We had an issue upon check in with a critical item that was broken; the hosrlt responded to our message within minutes, and it was replaced the next morning. Unit was comfortable, quiet, and well equipped - everything we could possibly ask for! Will definitely stay here again for future trips!'

'I’m only giving this a 3 star because there were numerous cleanliness problems: used qtip on the bathroom floor, towels that looked soiled by glue, outdoor fridge filled with mold, dust bunnies and dead plant leaves on the floor. Otherwise the place was beautiful. And the records with the record player was a bonus too. If you want to stay in downtown Reno, this place is great. I’d stay again if it was cleaner, and I’m hoping this was just a glitch.'

'The host was proactive in communicating with us. The condo was in a good location with a grocery store, and some other shops, within walking distance. It was very clean and equipped with a pod coffee maker with a great variety of flavor choices, a countertop ice machine, and a sweet little fenced in patio with four chairs and a table, to enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. There was also a grill in the patio area but we didn’t use that. We thought was a great value and would absolutely stay...

"Staff speaks poor English. You will not get any help with the luggage. They saw at check in that we are not young and yet they gave a room on the other side of the building. We couldn’t find our room and the man who took us to the room didn’t help us with the heavy luggage. After I recovered from an asthma attack we wanted to go downstairs and hat to a descend dangerous stairs from which caused me to fell and bruise my ribs. Someone from housekeeping saw it and walked on. We were used to the service of the Venetian in Las Vegas but the service of the Peppermill is far from good. Never again"
