'Sometimes this property has trouble with third-party booking sites. They were unable to locate our reservation at first even though the owner of our unit had gone through great efforts to do everything on his end! It all worked out - just took an extra step that was only a very minor inconvenience. We loved the location and how easy it was to come and go from the area. Loved having access to multiple pools and the beach club at the MGM Grand which was easily accessible from our property. Only...

'Excellent location, a beautiful setting with great amenities and access to everything Incline Village and Lake Tahoe has to offer. To pick one fault however, it was the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and properties. Upon arrival, we found food crumbs and popcorn on the bedroom floor. We had a 6 night stay and did not receive housekeeping one time - we had to visit the front desk to request additional toilet paper and fresh towels (family of 5).
