'The term Boston Logan Airport is misleading. The hotel is almost 15 minutes driving from the airport and there is no shuttle. Hotel facilities are okay, but the shower was freezing. '

'I would give it a 5 but my shutter to the airport was a bad experience there is a man short mustache chunky guy he was rude nasty and had a nasty attitude. Didnt have patience with the customers and was screaming to hurry up, cause he was leaving overall the hotel was amazing. Staff was great shutter experience not so good. Next time I will be taking on an Uber. Will come back to the hotel just not the shutter.'

'Great place for an east coast get away, located right next to the ocean with beautiful views, a convenient restaurant (surprisingly good - ate there three times and wasn’t disappointed once), and a cozy bar right downstairs. The hostess Charlotte was gracious, enduring my complaints about a mix up with a billing receipt on Expedia with composure, and all of staff at the restaurant were lovely and very accommodating (Nico, Lois, and Mary - thanks for making our trip special). 'Een zeer mooi hotel, jammer dat de geluidsisolatie zo slecht is. Ondanks mijn kamer op de vijfde verdieping, werd ik ‘s nachts wakker van de trucks die het vuilnis ophalen en het bier leveren voor de volgende dag/nacht. Dit duurde telkens van 3 tot 5 uur.'

'Everything was so wonderful. The staff was so attentive. It was beautifully decorated. I loved the pink everywhere. The location was great to travel around the city, located in the financial district. The room was very clean and was so comfortable I never wanted to leave. I had an amazing time. I would stay there again no question. '
