'I liked the airport shuttle service. The room was not cleaned and towels were changed in a strange way. The first night I was alarmed at 6 AM in the morning by the noise, house keeping was making in the hall. I liked the gym very much. The use of plastic cutlery at breakfast is rather poor. '

'Super hotel. De kamer was heel comfortabel en het ontbijt absoluut heerlijk en gevarieerd. Het zwembad was wel aan de koude kant, vooral de 2e avond. De ligging van het hotel is prima. 15 min lopen naar het strand en naar het station. Vanaf dit station konden we rechtstreeks naar centrum Boston gaan.
Ook handig in het hotel: de was- en droogmachines. '

'We on a flight that was cancelled and had to find a hotel very late on a Sunday night. Staff was very helpful, both with regards to check in and check out. Made a bad situation better. Nice facility with good gym and proximity to airport. Special thank you to late night manager.'

'Kamer prima. Alleen heel jammer dat het nogal gehorig is en dat het hotel grenst aan een gas/ elektriciteitsopslag waar 's nachts veel geluidsoverlast van afkomstig is. En het helpt ook niet als er een koelkast is geplaatst die het geluid maakt van een vrachtwagen. Dit is dus niet echt een aanrader als je een marathon gaat lopen. Hotelpersoneel vriendelijk maar de hotelmanager moet heel snel op een cursus omgaan met klanten. '

"De ligging is er mooi. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn prima en voldoende groot maar erg gehorig. Als de buren de douchedeur dicht laten vallen trilt de hele kamer. Dit zou eenvoudig op te lossen zijn met twee nopjes per deur waardoor deze wat zachter dicht slaat. "
