Onlangs gerenoveerd appartement met 1 slaapkamer in het centrum van Reykjavik. Slaapt twee in de slaapkamer en twee meer op het frisdrankbed in de woonkamer. Volledig ingerichte keuken en badkamer met douche. Geweldige locatie op slechts 100 meter van de luchthaven bus / tour pick-up bushalte. Als je in de stad wilt blijven, maar ook de rustige plek wilt om te rusten, is dit het appartement voor jou.
Het appartement werd gerenoveerd in januari-Febr. '19. Alles is nieuw, inclusief de vloeren, keukenkasten en bedden.

Great stay

Nice spacious apt very close to the center of Reykjavik. It had everything we needed, good bed, pretty good sleeping sofa. Bathroom wih small sink and good shower. We had a great stay.

I wrote the same thing about our second stay. The apartment was quiet, safe, comfortable and the location and price were perfect! I’d have given 5 stars but my husband found the bed to be uncomfortable. He tried to use the sofa bed but said it was broken. I loved the kitchen!

Sehr gute Lage, um die Innenstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Allgemein ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, allerdings war die Sauberkeit in der Küche und im Badezimmer etwas unterdurchschnittlich und auch der Schimmel im Schlafzimmer etwas bedenklich.

The apartment was in a great location, close to everything (e.g., tourist area - shopping, dining, sights) and was well kept and perfect for what I needed for my stay as a solo traveller. The location was convenient to downtown and public transportation. The unit had everything we needed. There is not a 50 on the building but is next door to 52. Anna's name is on the actual unit, not the front door. I only wish the bedding for the pull-out couch was as nice as what's on the listing. would definitely rent again. would pic.

Well Located Apartment

The location of the apartment and the communication with the hosts were excellent. The apartment was stocked with plenty of information about local attractions, which was really helpful when planning our trip day to day. The bed was also really comfortable, which is great. However, the apartment listing states that it was recently renovated but, whilst modern, the apartment had a few slight problems, such as the bedroom light being surrounded by cracks hanging off the ceiling, which was a little concerning. Despite this, there were no issues whilst we were there and nothing that couldn’t be easily rectified. The only other issue was that the apartment was not very clean when we arrived. For example, lots of the kitchen utensils still had dried food from previous guests on them, meaning we had to clean them all thoroughly before use. There was also dark hair on the walls of the shower and around the bathroom and pockets of black mould around the windows and in the bathroom. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and the apartment was in a great, central location with supermarkets very close by, which were really convenient throughout our holiday!! Definitely suitable for couples’ holidays!

A great place to stay for a couple of days!

My friend and I had a wonderful easy stay at this property. The amenities are as listed, and the owner gave us great directions from the airport. The beds were very clean and many towels were provided. As other reviews mentioned, however, the property does not seem all that “newly” renovated. The apartment felt clean aside from mold in the bathroom. We had a couple of small issues with the shower that the owner has been notified of, and we were told that it will be renovated soon- just something to keep in mind!The location was nice, but since we had a rental car we had to pay for parking a couple of times since the surrounding areas are all paid parking zones in the daytime on weekdays.Overall a great choice with a great price point to be near downtown Reykjavík!

Die Lage ist großartig, zu Fuss und mit Bussen ist alles perfekt erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Das Sofa eignet sich höchstens für 1 Kind zum Schlafen. das Bett ist für 2 Erwachsene auch schmal. Leider war schlecht geputzt,Haare überall im kleinen Bad und eher etwas schmuddelig. Die Info,dass man den Schlüssel in einem Locker am Busbahnhof holen muss,sollte auch angegeben werden.Wir hatten lange gebucht und diese Info kam kurz vor der Anreise und wir mussten den gebuchten Shuttle am Flughafen umorganisieren. Aber da man auf dieser phantastischen Insel immer viel unterwegs ist,war die Wohnung OK und tatsächlich ist sie preiswert.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für einen Aufenthalt in Reykjavik für zwei Personen. Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach dekoriert. Die Couch ist Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich unbequem für zwei Personen zum kuscheligen Fernsehen, wenn draußen mal schlechtes Wetter ist. Im Grunde hat die Wohnung alles an Basics, was man benötigt, nur die Sauberkeit ist noch verbesserungsbedürftig. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist überdurchschnittlich bequem.
