'We stayed at this cabin while we skied over the weekend. The stone fireplace was epic, we loved using it along with the hot tub for apres ski. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Beds were cozy. We had a wonderful time and also enjoyed the Seinfeld references scattered throughout. The host was very accommodating with a late checkout - much appreciated!'

'We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.'

Hood and the neighborhood is quite and close to the river. All-in-all a great stay for the two couples and two kids, who absolutely loved the "game room".'

'Two senior citizens plus adult daughter. Wi-Fi was sufficient for virtual work, kuerig coffee maker and ice water dispenser in the fridge, lovely walk-in shower. Host and his BIL cheerfully helped us when we locked our key in the car along with my road service info. Heads up that the entry is onto a stairway, but stairs are wide and railing is good. 'We loved this spot! The interior was very cozy and was as advertised. I loved the fire place in the living room. The real star of this place is the hot tub on the deck, which is right next to the Zig Zag river. 'This is a small cabin on Mt Hood. It was clean and well stocked. It is very simple. The bed was comfortable. We had a difficult time figuring out how to get the heat on and there wasn't any instructions. There is a wood stove but there was not any kindling, only large pieces of wood. There was lighter fluid next to the wood but we decided that seemed unsafe. The hot tub was old and smelled a little funky but it was hot and we enjoyed it. 'Such a nice cabin to stay in. We really enjoyed our stay here. As other reviews mention, the upper level and bedroom have a very low ceiling, which isn’t the most comfortable for getting in and out, but this didn’t detract from our stay at all. It is just something to keep in mind when booking. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it.'
