'Great little hotel'

'This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave'

'Upon checking in after all days travel we were told that we had only booking for 4 guest where we had 5 guests booked with Expedia, then we were told that we only paid 50% of the total amount. We all including 2 very tired you d children waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes before the manager came and sorted it out. Room shower and radiator leaked and we were asked to check other rooms by handing us the key to several rooms on different floors to see if we like any other room to mover to ....

'Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

'Çok memnun kaldık. Tertemiz otel, yataklar biraz fazla yumuşak, dolayısıyla içine çöküyor. Bu konu dışında fiyat kalite oranlaması ile çok memnun kaldık. Aile işletiyor. Harika insanlar. Çok sevdik. Yine gideceğiz.'
