'over het algemeen zeer tevreden maar kamer prijzen zijn hoog En dan verwacht je een perfecte staat van onderhoud. Dit was niet het geval. Slot appartement was kapot. op verzoek werd het direct gerepareerd maar ik moest dit wel regelen en er op wachten. Rottende kozijnen in badkamer. Geen warm water uit douche. 'The room was clean, the lake view from my room was pretty nice, the restaurants' staff were very friendly and attentive, the overall atmosphere was good and the hotel was not overly crowded. Great that there is an Eska spa in the hotel as well. However, there was this female frontdesk staff who was a little rude - on one of the days, I went down to the frontdesk to ask her about what the complimentary coupon for the lobby bar entails. 'Welcoming vibe upon arrival and also a warm farewell from the staff upon departure. Served request accordingly. Pleased with that. But the phone from the room need to work on as has been calling for room service but nobody ans. So i need to head down to order any food. Breakfast was alright. Service is very welcoming and is a pleasant stay, its a place to get out of city area and just relax looking at scenery of the beach. Would come back again!'
