'🌟Our family had an absolute blast at Natra Bintan! 🌟The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. 'The room was dirty and neglected, chair on veranda broke when I sat in it, doors did not close properly so mosquito and large red ants came in at night, bathroom had electricity plug next to shower so not safe to use, kitchen did not have utensils to cook a meal. Check in was 3 not 2 as on confirmation. Receptionists were dismissive and unhelpful, breakfast was of poor quality and lacking in choice, fresh coffee had to be paid for at breakfast it was not included as told at check in. The hot...
