'Me, myself and I spend one week in this cosy and fully equiped appartment a week in Juny 2021. It was also very quiet, only the ocean waves made sounds. It was very clean. A parking lot belongs to this appartment. I can recommend this appartment for one or two person. Saozhana was very carring and gave me many good recomendations for food and sightseeing.'

'The property met all of the needs of our multi generational family. Great location easy to walk or drive anywhere we wanted to go to! I would highly recommend this location to anyone travelli ng to Sao Miguel. Easy place to get to from the airport and puts you right in the center of the island. Ribiera Grande is the bees knees!!!!'

'This home is beautifully decorated and a great highend feel away from home. All of the amenities were great & the home is kept clean. The host was great with communication. My only negative is that the area outside the home has limited dining options other than at small place across the street that closes at 6pm 4 days a week and is more a yummy breakfast or lunch spot (also with kind owners). Also there is no Uber on the island, only Bolt and it's new so it may be hard at times to get drivers...

'This property is absolutely beautiful, with a running creek that you hear and lush landscape as you look out the front of your pod that is all windows! The pod itself is beautiful as well and so clean, with tiled floors, modern amenities and decor, a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove and sink. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine, fresh water and a snack! The only area that I would say could use a little upgrade would be the mattress. It definitely was ok...

'Casa do Monte was delightful. The space was perfect for a large group. The location was very accessible to many sights on the island. Out of town and peaceful. Love the balconies in front and back. Our host met us and was very responsive to our needs. '

'The house was well situated and has lots of potential. Our host Claudio was polite, quick to respond, and very helpful. The rooms are a good size, and the house has a good layout. Unfortunately, the beds and pillows were very hard and quite uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture is in need of replacing, the BBQ is rusty and new interior paint would be a good improvement as there is water damage in places and signs of mold in the bathroom and elsewhere. The pictures in the listing are outdated as...

'Our visit to Ponta Delgada was very memorable. Pedro met us at the house for check in and his communication was excellent. Pedro surprised us by providing several cold waters, local fruits, beer, wine and juices and snacks for the kids. This was a great surprise especially as we had a day and night of travel. 'Accomadations were fine however it was an incredibly stressful situation getting my rental. First they wanted copies of all our guest’s passports and due to internet problems I was unable to send copies. I was then able to send names passport number and dates of birth. Then the following day of check in I had to send passport expiration dates and was already traveling and at the airport making it very difficult. When I landed at the destination of the rental they sent a notice that I had to...

"Een nieuw hotel met ruime kamers. heerlijk rustig hij het zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima ,wel iedere dag hetzelfde . Eenmaal diner gedaan in het hotel. Zeer lekker gegeten. Naar het centrum van ponta delgado is net te ver om iedere avond te wandelen. Een auto is dan wel een must. Al met al een goede uitvalsbasis om het eiland te bezichtigen . We hebben genoten van het hotel en het eiland "
