'The house (or actually 2) is relatively small but with a beautiful view and good comfort. The airconditioners in all rooms are a great asset. The kitchen is rather small but well equipped. We were with 4 people and that was fine. We love to sit on the terrace.'

Bad und Küche sehr klein, zum Kochen nicht wirklich geeignet, aber um Frühstück zu machen ausreichend. Vorsicht für große Menschen, Balken mitten in der Küche (aua). Bad und Dusche sehr eng aber machbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Kleiner Supermarkt im Dorf wo man, wenn man nicht zu spät kommt, auch Brot/Brötchen bekommt,...

'Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und geschmackvoll und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Mein Mann und ich waren mit unseren drei erwachsenen Töchtern und einem Partner dort. Wir konnten uns schnell auf die Schlafzimmer einigen und waren froh über die drei Bäder.Die Küche ist praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Essen konnten wir immer auf der Terrasse in dem wunderschön angelegten und gepflegten Garten. Der Weg zum Meer war kurz, sodass man schnell einmal dich den Garten gehen konnte, um zu sehen wie...

'Rental was as described. The parking in front of the house is not reserved. You can park anywhere on the street. There could be better description of pickup times for garbage. Everything else worked out perfectly in the location on the island is excellent'

'The house is located on a hill and the neighbours are mostly farmers. The house offers all necessary facilities and as a guest you can also use its beautiful garden. A small supermarket and a baker are within 5 min driving distance. The hosts are very helpful and friendly and gave us some good suggestions for trips to interesting places and for nice hikes. If you like a relaxing holiday in the Faial countryside we can recommend this house.'

'Clean and roomy townhouse close to grocery store in residential area of Livramento. Short drive or 20 minute walk to Populo beach. Quiet area. Julieta was very helpful and quick to respond when contacted. Easy to get to the main highway. One parking spot. We would rent again. 'The property was clean and in a great location. It was charming in many ways and very well priced. However, it is quite an old and not updated property, so just be mindful that there are no air conditioning or fans in the hot weather, so it can get a bit stuffy. Also be wary that any food left on the counter will immediately attract ants. It was still worth the price and location, but it is an old house, and comes with the associated issues. '
