'Wij hebben een prettig verblijf gehad. De cottage was schoon. Alles was aanwezig. De cottage was in het dorpje wat lastig te vinden ondanks de beschrijving die meegestuurd was. Leuke / authentieke pub in het dorpje. Yorkshire Dales is prachtig.'

'The cottage was attractively decorated and furnished and was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The information handbook was comprehensive.It was very clean and well maintained and was also in a wonderful location with beautiful scenery all around it.The only downside was the bathroom and the lack of shower screen and wall mounted shower. 'A fantastic get away from it all.Waking up every morning to the sounds of the sheep & lambs bleating in the distance with the bees buzzing among the garden flowers with the birdsong and the magnificent views across Swaledale was absolutely idyllic.The cottage is very welcoming with homely decoration. The hosts have provided lots of information about things to do in the Dales as well as lots of information about walking routes. We didn't need to venture far from the peace & quiet of Rubbing House...
