'This is the first time I've experienced hotel service like this. During our three-night stay, we never received housekeeping service. Even after reporting it to the front desk, nothing was done. We also had to go back to the front desk to request towels because they were never delivered. When the towels finally arrived, the set was incomplete—the hand towels were missing. 'Everything was excellent. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Social hour on Wed with complimentary wine and appetizers was a pleasant addition to our stay. Very clean room and quiet parking is easily accessible but $25 a night. Would stay here again. It’s downtown'

'Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.'
