'Lovely hotel and conveniently located within the town of Richmond and also as one who arrived by car. Staff was superior. Not only friendly, but extremely helpful with any request - front desk, room service, bellman and valet attendant. All worked efficiently and with professionalism. Our room was small and had an unappealing view, but the reservation was last minute and well priced. In-room info was well thought out and graciously displayed. 'This place is right smack dab in the middle of Richmond, with cheep hourly parking and hotel daily parking. You and your friends can legit walk the strip and find lil convenient stores, restaurants, dive bars, clubs and raves. And it's all near the Richmond convention center, just make sure you check the time frames for everything. This place was simple and friendly, we loved it.'
