'Our stay started poorly—our room wasn’t ready and was extremely hot, though the owner moved us to another room with a fan.
Everything looked clean at first, but that changed quickly. On our first night, I found a LARGE BED BUG on the bed after feeling bites. I took photos and contacted Expedia, who responded quickly, but there was no on-site staff to help. 'Only disappointed that we didn’t get to visit the spa for free or discounted at least.
If you do want to visit them you have to book far in advance and struggle with the website. The pool was great and accessible for free, amazing view and clean. The hotel and service was amazing. There are a lot of places to eat in the area but the opening times are sometimes a bit unfortunate. Not really any places to socialize or party. But very recommended for a place to relax!'
