'Cute place with a great front porch. Nice sized kitchen that is fully stocked with needed items to cook. Loved the coffee bar and coffee pods provided. The back bedroom unfortunately did not have a queen sized bed. It is only a double bed. We could also hear the guest in the back of the house when in the back bedroom, too (the nest rental) It was a little odd when we first heard the person. We honestly didn’t think the walls would’ve been that thin. Im sure the guests could hear us as well...

'10 out of 10!!!! This little farmhouse is EXACTLY what we needed in the Waco area! The house cozy and comfortable, a far cry from generic hotel room in Waco. The gas fireplace was a comfort we indulged in while the whole family sat and read books around it. We now have a whole herd of cow friends, who visited every morning, and (with the help of some cow pellets graciously left from the owner), our daughter made friends with all of them, including the newborn calf.
