'Nice hotel with a wonderful spa. Room was noisy at night. Seemed to be security guards outside our window talking and laughing until well after midnight. Road noise was a problem until after midnight. Ask for a room on the back side away from the road. '

'Σου προσφερει οτι χρειάζεται για λιγες μερες σκι. Πλουσιο πρωινό, ανετα κρεβάτια,καυτό νερο ολη μέρα,πολυ ζεστο δωμάτιο. Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο καθαρό Θα μπορουσε να ειναι πιο περιποιημένο, πχ σπασμενο τζάμι ντουζιέρες, σωλήνες που εβρεναν απο σπασμενα πλακάκια, χαλασμενος εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα. Ακομα θα μπορουσε το προσωπικό να ειναι πιο φιλικό και ευγενικό.'

'Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

'Decent hotel, close to the ski slopes. It's not exceptionally fancy but the SPA area was nice and the apartment was spacious and comfortable'

'We had a nice 3-day family trip to Bansko, and the Pirin Golf Club was an ideal stay for my family. I will definitely go again and recommend it.'

'Bra hotell, rett ved gondolen og bakken. Supert med spa og skiutleie i hotellet. Anbefales.'

'This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. '

'Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. '
