'The property is on the outskirts of Preston City Centre with easy access off and to the motorway.
The family room was well laid out, comfortable and clean. There was no cooling in the room (Summer) and a medium thick duvet which is not conducive to a great nights sleep but overall, a good stay.the only negative comment.

This property exceeded our expectations.
Bedroom very roomy with a comfortable Superking bed.
Lovely bathroom with walk-in shower.
Lounge area/kitchen are was lovely and well kitted out with everything you will need.large comfy settee to chill out on. The large window looks out at the parking area.
Local pubs and restaurants are very close.
I would highly recommend The Zen restaurant.

Wasn’t absolutely spotless but it was clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff and the phone passes were a faff but it worked out well in the end. Option to get cards so that’s nice. Overall very comfy and would happily stay again, especially if it was cheaper.'
