'The room was spotless, my family felt very safe. The front office staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful with directions to the nearest mall. I would have given it 5 stars but the pool was being worked on and my granddaughters wanted to swim. Other than that, everything was well kept.'

'Perfect location, nice rooftop with swimming pool, good breakfast.
Cons: only one elevator for an 11 floor building is not sufficient.
Too many reservations on the rooftop for party’s. So every day half of the rooftop was not available for the regular guests'

'Great place to stay in Medellin, situated in a quiet part of el poblado, walking distance to the bars/restaurants over there.
The rooms are nice and modern, pool (rooftop) is great and the restaurant is sublime'

'Nice modern hotel comfortably situated in the El Tesoro shopping centre. Room was nice and clean. bed comfortable. Majority of staff friendly. Good breakfast. However check your bill. Minbar consumption was charged to my bill while I never touched the minibar. In addition the doorman order us a taxi to the airport and he told us a price that was higher than the official rate. '

'We had an amazing stay at Wake Bio Hotel. We stayed in one of the suites, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The room was spotless, spacious, beautifully designed, and had absolutely breathtaking views. The amenities were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious, and every meal was a great experience.
