'Very great Stay and service!! Staff and Valet Service was great and helpful. Bed was crunchy tho, crunchy as in not sinking in the bed soft crunchy. We had a street side window so a bit chaotic with the honking and music but it’s chicago. Pillows, looking at them, they look as if they’ll be fluffy and firm BUT pillow flatten so as i put my head down. Neck wasn’t happy. But for real, very good hotel for me !! '

If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. "The location made that I choose for Hotel Felix River North. Second reason was the price. It was good and functional for my stay. If I had to mention a suggestion to improve, it would be addiing one or more facilities: they offer non! no restaurant, no breakfast, no bar, no spa, no office space. Public transport was nearby, just around the corner an Irish pub and some restaurants at close distance. I would use this hotel again for my next stay in Chicago."
