'The staff was the highlight of this property! They were welcoming and accommodating, and they always went above and beyond anytime we needed anything. Whether islt was front desk staff, the maintenance staff, or the housekeeping staff, we were consistently met with friendly service.
The only complaint I have, and this has nothing to do with the staff, is that someone was smoking marijuana outside the front lobby and our AC would bring the smell to our room. Otherwise, our room was great!'

It is very accessible if you are planning to explore the West Edmonton Mall, you can just cross the street (approximately 10 min. walk to the nearest Mall entrance) The hotel also prepared a simple surprise for my son's birthday, we greatly appreciate the gesture. The rooms are in pristine condition and with 3 big TVs on each area. I would definitely recommend staying on this hotel.'

'Great location. Only issue we had was that there was only one person working the front desk when we were checking in and they were on the phone with a guest so I had to wait quite a bit, 15 minutes or so, to be helped.'

'For a pet friendly hotel this is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The room is clean and modern. Bathroom is big with a really nice shower and the bed is so soft and comfy. The pillows are awesome too. Highly recommend especially for the low price. It’s a really underrated hotel. '

No free breakfast but that’s ok most free hotel breakfasts are gross anyway. I have learned after many hotel stays that you can usually depend on Marriott for a good night sleep.
