'Very helpful, pleasant staff, very good lighting in parking area, liked the security of requiring a cardkey for entry, excellent water pressure, nice breakfast.
Suggest more consistent or double security for the property to better deter the non-guests frequenting the property, or maybe a high electric-gate and surrounding fence. The security responded quickly to the persons looking inside cars but maybe double security or a gate will help.
Suggest using same deodorizer in rooms as used in...

'Hotel itself is ok, very dated and needs new working gym equipment. The area is sketchy with so many unhoused people in very close proximity to the hotel! It gives the impression of being unsafe. '

'clean, quiet, great location close to airport and fwys; staff friendly/responsive to phone calls. Excellent stay and would stay here again. However:
front desk: one employee was busy but the other one did not greet check-ins immediately.
Breakfast: one employee couldn’t understand elderly english-speaking man asking for fork.
Pool area: need signs for inconsiderate guests not to drip water in hallways and elevators. (And protect business by placing signs/mats to avoid slip n fall)...

The second day my key was not working and the manager actually noticed that it wasn’t working and by the time I turned around to get a new key, he had already met me in the parking lot with a new one!
