'I really enjoy this hotel. The location is great. Beach is nice, resort is small. We did notice it was a lot busier in September than February and staff were not quite as friendly as they were. But I do need to call out a few that stand out- servers- Oscar, Luis, David. And the tall chef at teppanyaki, he was fabulous!! The lady who works at the royal desk is so friendly and helpful. 'Ligging fraai maar grote afstanden te overbruggen tussen kamer / restaurant / zwembad. De golfkarretjes service is een uitkomst en ze halen en brengen je waar en wanneer je maar wil. Eten zeer matig (voorgekookt uit warmhoudbakken) en de restaurants kunnen het aantal gasten niet aan. Gevolg: lange rijen om überhaupt naar binnen te mogen voor ontbijt of diner en door de drukte vergaat horen en zien je en lijkt het bijkans een kids club. Personeel beaamd dit en poogt er het beste van te maken....

There are several restaurants on the site, however they were cloased most of the time, so the general buffet restaurant was the only option for dinner; and unfortunately is looks rather cheap and the food is rather average (and the house wine is undrinkable). The breakfast restaurant is much nice and has better food. For lunch yo better head to the beach...
