'La experiencia en BON Hotel at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta fue en general positiva, especialmente en cuanto a las habitaciones y la atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, muy bien equipadas y siempre se mantienen limpias; el servicio de camarista dos veces al día es un gran plus. El personal en general es muy amable y servicial, aunque en ocasiones falta claridad en la información sobre servicios e instalaciones.
