'El personal excelente 🌟 Las habitaciones el colchón está vencido, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien, muy bajito, las albercas les falta Mto la remodelación es muy incómoda y pueden compensar dando extensión de tiempo u otro beneficio, de las 4 a las 6 hay sólo snacks el restaurantes los abren después de las 6 y debe haber alguno abierto, ya que el check in es a las 3 mientras te atienden se hacen las 4 o 5 y solo puedes botanear snacks. 'Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five.'

'Friendly staff, very clean rooms with great air condition and ceiling fans. Grounds and pool are wonderful. Beach location is perfecto. Not all the rooms have an ocean view. So be sure to ask when booking or checking in. '
